For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we ask that young children do not accompany clients during their visit to Artisan’s. In the instance that a client is under the age of 18 and is receiving one of our treatments, we require that a legal guardian be present during both the consultation and treatment. It is the legal guardian’s responsibility to sign all consents and monitor their child’s behavior during the visit.
• Updated Medical Conditions
To better serve you, we ask for your cooperation in informing us if you have any new medical history, changes in medication, or recent procedures that have not been communicated to our staff. Please relay this updated information in advance of receiving any treatments or using any of our medical-grade products. Certain medical conditions, such as pregnancy or recent illness, are vital for our provider to be aware of in order to best provide for you and avoid contraindications.
• Late Cancellations/No-Show Policy
To provide a red-carpet experience for all our guests, it is vital that our providers stay on schedule. We ask that all guests give our spa 24-hours’ notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling, so our staff can better serve our customers and give others an opportunity to be treated. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, they will need to be rescheduled and pay the fee associated with the appointment time. If guests are unable to give notice before the 24-hour time, there is a fee of $75 for appointments under 1 hour, $125 for appointments 1-2 hours, and $200 for appointments over 2 hours. This policy allows us to take care of and retain amazing employees, as well as serve our customers to the best of our abilities.
